Описание: In this talk, speaker Aarti Chidambaram highlights the boundaries formed by trauma, and the importance of using one's imagination to transcend them. Trained as a clinical therapist, Ms Aarti works extensively with Developmental Trauma and Attachment Wounds. A Senior Psychologist and APSATS Board Member, who is passionate about providing mental health care and support to individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with various issues, such as trauma, addiction, conflict, and stress. She also has a Master's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and 11+ years of experience in the field. She has achieved significant success working with individuals, both adults and children and she has found her true calling in helping people heal themselves from inside and out. Aarti’s portfolio of work also includes work with those in the sphere of emotional and behavioural challenges. She works tirelessly with teenagers and young adults who are most at risk from self-harm, suicide, depression, eating disorders and body image issues.
