An 18-year-old Georgia man is facing federal charges after authorities say he ran onto U.S. Capitol grounds carrying a loaded shotgun while wearing body armor and camouflage. Court documents show the weapon was loaded with additional ammunition, and police say he raised the shotgun when questioned before complying with orders to surrender. He is being held without bond.
