Описание: My topic is about building a nation, the fact that Dubai is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world is because of the mix of nationalities and cultures. However Nationals are not realizing their full potential and the lines that should join together between expats and nationals is decreasing every day. I am here to explain how by working together and creating positive and lasting solutions can this great nation work together to develop itself for the future. Omaira started ALF Administration in 2011 because she felt there was a gap in the market; to bridge the cultural and social, the home and work environments for young UAE nationals, and to help them prosper in the workforce. ALF is the only training organisation that hires, works with, and trains, solely UAE nationals, and it continues to thrive; it is helping companies retain their Emirati staff and the individuals genuinely succeed. ALF now trains young UAE nationals, across all seven emirates, between the ages of 18-30; and now offers recruitment too.
