Methi leaves 250 gm
Wheat flour 250 gm
Besan flour 2 tablespoon
Suji 2 tablespoon
Jeera ½ tablespoon
Ajwain ½ tablespoon
Crushed Red chilly powder ½ tablespoon
Green Chillies 3-4 pc
Onion 1 pc
Salt as per taste
Hing ¼ tablespoon
Desi Ghee 2 tablespoon
Mustard Oil for paratha making
