Western Cape Premier, Alan Winde says although the latest unemployment figure for the province has decreased from just over 19 to 18-percent, job creation remains one of the provincial government's key priorities. Winde was speaking ahead of his State of the Province address later this week. He says the high crime rate, particularly murder, is also a key area of focus for his administration.
