Mainly there are two use cases:

1. When a block under a Terraform resources can be used more than once, we can use Terraform Dynamic Block with required logic.

2. When we want to use a block when required and skip when not required, like a true false condition, but at a block level, we can use Dynamic Block ton control that. (Controlling a block like if else in terraform)
