Описание: One of the biggest issues I see today are how players rollover and come around the baseball. In this video, I'm gonna talk about one of the wildest hitting issues that I see. A lot of times, players will be in a really good position to hit and then as they start to swing, it almost seems like they're making their body do something weird and that all of their effort goes out the window. As we know, consistency is related to how consistent the swing motion is with an ideal swing motion. One thing that I notice a lot when hitters start swinging is - despite the fact that they're getting their hands into a great hitting position - many of them are coming around the baseball. This can definitely lead to popping up, weak ground balls and other things like that. So in this video I want to discuss what this is, why it's happening, how you can prevent it from happening, and what you should do as you're trying to start your swing so that this doesn't happen to you.
