Since the breakup of the Beatles in 1970, Paul McCartney has enjoyed an adventurous and successful solo career. He's recorded and released hundreds of songs on over 20 studio albums and that's without going into his experimental work, classical work, and live albums.
This is my attempt to rank my 200 favorite original songs by Paul (meaning no covers) from 1970's McCartney to 2020's McCartney III. The list is fluid so even as I look at it now, there are things I might change or I'm not sure about -- but that's the nature of ranking a body of work as varied as this.
