This is my first embroidery project of 2026.
A small, slow piece inspired by moss in nature.
In this video, I’m working on embroidered pendants and letting myself create without a finished design. I’m experimenting, trying a new stitch (the bullion knot), and allowing the embroidery to grow naturally as I go.
This year, I want to focus more on discovering what art I enjoy making, rather than worrying about how it will be received. For a long time, overthinking held me back from starting projects, and this piece feels like a soft reset.
