Описание: It's time for another indie horror game and today we archive a game I had my eye on for quite a while. Silver Chains is a game released 5 years ago and offers a polished and beautiful horror game where you explore a haunted mansion. There are plenty of indie horror games where you do this, but it's the (mostly) polished experience that made this game great.
The game looks gorgeous and has some really effective scares. It does not deal with annoying tropes like fuel for your lantern so you can focus on the puzzles or enemies without worrying about resource management.
Though there are chase sequences, they are all scripted and thus it can be seen as a horror game that is also suitable for beginners. Some of the puzzles are quite clever and overal I just had a great time with it. I do think the last 10 minutes of the game are pretty bad with a horrible checkpoint system, but for the other 90% the game is great and wel worth the investment for any horror fans out there.
