A robotic cell designed for the automatic sorting of mixed gas cylinders stored in baskets.
Equipped with a high-precision machine vision system, the robot identifies each cylinder, reads its barcode data, and sorts it into dedicated mono-type baskets with the valve correctly oriented.
Polytec’s in-house developed vision algorithms ensure maximum accuracy and flexibility, allowing future integration of advanced features such as automatic inspection and extended traceability within the same development environment.
