A Favourite Christmas sweet made with egg yolks and coconut milk, baked in layers and tastes amazing! Goan bebinca is a famous Goan Delicacy and everyone's favourite! An authentic recipe, which can be easily made at home! Do try it out and let us know how it turned out! ❤️

note*
The amount of batter used to layer will depend on how thick or thin you want the layers
-After the layers are divided and caramel is added let the batter set aside for 15 min
-Applying good amount of ghee will make the layers stick together
Use atleast 1 tbsp of ghee between layers

Ingredients

9 egg Yolks
1 + 1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups thick Coconut milk
1 + 1/4 cup all-purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
Pinch of Salt
3/4 cup Ghee

For the caramel
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp water

Caramel- Add sugar to a pan along with 2 tbsp water. let the sugar caramelize. once it turns dark brown. carefully add another tbsp of water. mix and put off the flame. add the caramel to the batter and mix well.
