Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says Craig Kelly’s resignation from the Liberal Party without warning the Prime Minister is a “horror” for the government as it brings the numbers in the House to 75-75.
Mr Clennell referenced an earlier interview of Mr Kelly who told him he just wanted “to be able to speak out on issues like Ivermectin as a cure for COVID-19”.
Mr Kelly had also denied claims his resignation was the result of recent happenings with a staffer, Frank Zumbo, currently the subject of an AVO and media reports.
