First time behind the wheel of a Mk7 Golf GTI !

Very exited to get behind the wheel of this little gem of a hot hatch, its really my first time driving a GTI, very impressed by how it drove and the way it feels, much better than I was expecting.

I was not expecting to be driving a modified GTI with APR parts, so it was just icing on the cake for sure! Really like the way the look, interior is a bit dated but very funcional and this car is just perfect in size. Even though the interior is showing its age it works very well and the seats have nice support and look great in plaid color scheme. Of course once I started driving I realized that this was not a stock 220hp GTI, definitely seemed much faster to my seat of the pants feeling of about 300hp. Really enjoyed it though and prove that good quality parts for tuning really work even with this GTI having about 53k miles on it.

Im definitely a much bigger fan now and I would consider an GTI or even a Golf R as a fantastic daily !

Heres some details on this GTI that I drove..

2017 VW Golf GTI Sport (with just under 54k miles)
5 passenger sports hatchback
Color: Titian blakc with the plaid cloth interior
2.0 Liter I-4 Turbo TSI 220 hp / 258 ft-lb of torque
Modified with APR intake/exhaust and definitely a tune..
I think its about 300 hp this GTI is producing..
6 Speed DSG Automatic transmission
6.5"" infotainment with 9 speaker system
Heated front seats
18" wheels w/ Pirelli P-zero nero tires

Used Price: $24,900 (at the time of filming)
