You do not need a grueling one hour workout to be healthy and thinking you do is probably what is stopping you from starting we have been conditioned to think it is all or nothing so when we are tired we do nothing at all but your body does not care about the intensity as much as it cares about the consistency of movement a ten minute walk after lunch or a quick stretch between meetings can do more for your long term health than a gym session you only do once a month it is about breaking the sedentary cycle that slows down your metabolism and clouds your thinking movement should feel like a celebration of what your body can do not a punishment for what you ate start small stay consistent and watch how your energy transforms
