Описание: Couldn't find an agility test that felt like ultimate, so MC and I made one up! :) Shuffle 3 yards out and back, turn and sprint for 7, shuffle 3 yards out and back facing forward, sprint forward for 7. Timer stands at the end, testee reacts to visual start cue from the timer.
