1. Start by gathering the material. 2. Tie overhand knots. 3. Attach daisy chains and carabiners. 4. Hang up your aerial hammock. 5. Tighten knots thoroughly. 6. Pull down the the front and back edge of the hammock to check for even height.

Aerial yoga can be practised at a yoga studio, at home or even outdoors. All you need is an aerial yoga hammock and somewhere to attach it to. The portable aerial yoga frame may also be used for hoops, silks or static trapeze. Check the GEAR LIST below!
