This is a universal side handle for any camera / device with a 1/4-20 tripod mount on the bottom. It extends off to the left of your camera (although you could rotate it to extend off to the right, but the handle would then be behind the camera).
The handle weighs 6.1oz or 173g, and the only downside to using it is that it makes your camera heavier.
The handle is made of curved aluminum with rubber padding on the front and back, and while not quite as nice as wood is still comfortable to hold.
The base plate has a piece of rubber that keeps the camera from rotating around the mounting screw, but does mean you can not reverse it, only rotate it. The base plate has six different 1/4-20 threaded holes so you can use it on top of a tripod. The handle has a cold shoe slot and a few 1/4-20 holes for mounting other accessories on top of it.
Overall this is a perfectly fine handle. The weight is a bit more than I would like, but it is very solid. There is nothing I especially loved about it, but also nothing obviously bad about it.
