Each 3-minute block pairs two powerful upper-body exercises:
pull, push, fly, press, row — everything your back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core need.
You’re not racing the clock.
You’re stacking quality reps and letting the work speak.
Structure:
• 3-minute AMRAP blocks
• 10 reps per exercise
• TRX + dumbbells
