Welcome to Yuluo's Chinese Kitchen. Today we are going to make pan-fried beef buns. These soft beef buns are stuffed with beef and onions. Serve immediately.

Ingredients (1 tbsp = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml)
300g all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
180ml warm water (about 35℃ / 95℉)
4 tbsp vegetable oil, plus extra for brushing
1 tsp/3g active dry yeast or instant dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
sesame seeds, for finishing
For the filling
250g ground beef
1 egg
10g minced ginger
50g onions, finely chopped
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
