Residents of Kinna Ward in Isiolo County have decried the slow progress of tarmacking the Garbatula-Kinna-Mulika road. They claim the process of implementing the 3.2 billion shillings project which is funded by the National government is wanting as the completed parts have already began sustaining potholes.
