Описание: I am so excited to share our experience and my positive birth story of my first son being born. Giving birth as a first time mom with no epidural was amazing.

He was born on January 7th, 2016. My husband and I knew we wanted to pursue a "natural birth", by which we mean an unmedicated birth (since it doesn't matter how you go about it - you bring a baby into this world and you are a rockstar and it is a "natural birth"). We did have a successful unmedicated natural hospital birth with no interventions, no epidural and no induction, but we definitely had some adventures along the way. We prepared for Caeden by taking a Bradley Method birth class, although I don't know that you can truly be prepared for a newborn or being a first-time mom. This was my first plus size pregnancy and I was blessed with a positive expeirence. I hope our experience will encourage you in your own preparation.
