This process of centring the steering wheel, will work for any Toyota or Lexus car that is VGRS equipped. It is not limited to Land Cruiser or Lexus LX. All you will need is the correct Mini Vci cable and Toyota Techstream. Mini VCI cable version that I used in this video was version V15.00.028.
Newer version of Mini VCI cable is V18.00.008.
Mini VCI cable version V15.00.028 price on AliExpress is 11 USD. And version V18.00.008 is 17 USD.
