Box Breathing (also known as Four-Square Breathing) is a simple yet powerful technique used to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and enhance focus.
In this short guided session, we’ll move through the pattern of inhale – hold – exhale – hold, each for a count of four. You can practice this anywhere — before meetings, during study breaks, or anytime you need to reset and refocus.
You’ll Need
A quiet space • comfortable seat • just 5 minutes of your time
