Here's an old trick to take a stubborn brake rotor off without wasting decades of your life away from beating up your car with a hammer. You should be able to remove any rusted rotor in less than 10 minutes and not bending your neck. Below are recommended materials for the extraction:

Wrench and correct sockets.
*Note: if you need to buy the bolt sets, check the caliper bolt in your car and find one size smaller bolts/nuts/washers at the local home improvement store. This is to make sure it'll slide through the caliper arms when used as the leverage. You should never use the caliper arm threads.
A Toyota Tundra was used in this video.
