Nicole is a mom of three and tells me she has lived all over Canada. From Ontario, to Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Currently, Nicole is crushing life. Sadly, it wasn’t always that way.

Starting back in the early 2000’s, Nicole found herself in not one but two different abusive relationships which ultimately led her into a women’s shelter where she lived with her 3 young kids for 2 months. Nicole shared with me that that shelter changed her life because it allowed her to become self sufficient again. Her life changed for the better, but that obviously didn’t mean all the struggles just went away.

Besides the personal issues, Nicole shared with me that she’s also struggled with her weight for as long as she can remember. She said, “I’d always lose the weight and put it right back on again”. Sound familiar to anyone else?

Last year, things really took a turn in the wrong direction. Nicole told me she gained 45 lbs and despite exercising and getting in 20,000+ steps a day, she couldn’t lose the food baby. Nothing seemed to work! She was tired, frustrated, and as you can imagine, not feeling good about herself at all.

Along came her friend Carolyn Rodrigues who introduced her to the ERShred & our fulfillment company. Nicole has now shredded 50 lbs and 50 inches off her body since December 2020 and she couldn’t be happier.

Nicole said, “Now I get to share my story with others and show people that had no hope, there is absolutely hope out there for them. I am helping change people’s life one person at a time and I feel amazing.”
