#08 NEON GLOW IN THE DARK Cloud Pour

Paints are mixed 1pt paint to 3 parts US Flood Floetrol.
Cloud Mix- 1pt Vallejo Pearl Medium: 1pt Artist Loft Soft Body White: 2pts US Flood Floetrol.

Pigment: small amount of JoSonja Gloss Varnish and scoop of pigment powder to make a slurry. Let sit for a few hours. Add a spoonful or "glop" as I called it of gel medium to make a paint. Next add 2 to 3 parts US Flood Floetrol to make a fluid paint that matches the consistency of your other mixes.
