The ioLight Cell Imager has a glass window over the lens so that the microscope is sealed for use inside incubators. This glass window can become dirty, and will need to be cleaned to get the best images from your ioLight microscope.
In this video, Richard Williams explains how to use lens tissue to easily and quickly clean the glass window in front of the lens. These instructions apply to both the brightfield ioLight Cell Imager and the fluorescence version of the Cell Imager.
The ioLight Cell Imager provides Live Cell Images and time-lapse images of cells, embryos and organoids either on the lab bench, or in safety cabinets, glove boxes or incubators.
