Wheeling Central returns to the title game behind a dominant postseason run led by Eli Sancomb, who delivered a 41-point performance in the semifinals and continues to anchor one of the most efficient teams in the state.

Wyoming East enters with momentum of its own after knocking off Bluefield, powered by Keegan Davidson, whose clutch scoring down the stretch secured the semifinal victory. The Warriors also lean on key contributions from Broc Johnson and Talan Muscari.
