Nintendo is officially lying to us about the virtual game cards and game sharing. They are also trying to trick people into transferring all of their data from their Nintendo Switch 1 to the Nintendo Switch 2, and then completely performing a factory reset on your Nintendo Switch 1. There is no route to downgrade back to the Switch 1, and you will not be able to access your content on both the Switch 1 AND Switch 2.
