Kheir Celebrates Grand Opening of Wilshire Clinic

Описание: On February 25, 2016, Kheir’s friends and supporters gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated Wilshire Blvd health center. This state-of-the-art, 17-exam room clinic provides comprehensive primary care and mental health services for all ages in English, Korean, and Spanish. Special guest speakers included LA City Council President Herb Wesson, L.A. Care Health Plan CEO John Baackes, and Community Clinic Association of LA County President & CEO Louise McCarthy, all emphasizing the importance of accessible healthcare for diverse communities.

Kheir Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to serving underserved populations through comprehensive services in three core areas: Health Care, Social Services, and Adult Day Health Care. Currently, Kheir Clinic is the only FQHC in the nation that provides a full range of services in Bengali, English, Korean, Spanish, and Thai, ensuring linguistically and culturally sensitive care for diverse communities.
