##English## Hello Everyone!Shelly Beach is on Indian Ocean, Mombasa, Likoni just after crossing the Likoni channel from the Mombasa Island. Likoni is a settlement in Kenya's Coast South of Mombasa City. It is just across Mombasa City but in between there is Kilindini Harbour Channel which completely makes it difficult for Likoni area to enjoy similar environments as the Mombasa City. Likoni has a high number of population because it it the nearest to Mombasa City CBD and it has affordable housing rates. It is one of the areas with untapped resources especially those that involves the land neighboring the Cities and the Indian Ocean. If well invested, Likoni can be one of the areas with high land value and best tourist destinations in Kenya and Africa as a whole due to its strategic location just across the City. Currently the land rate is appreciating due to growing demand and population in the area due to the ongoing road and bridge constructions connecting the area with the city. There are Schools, hospitals, mosques, churches and good roads, electricity networks etc
