This drive follows West Virginia Route 16 through some rural hills in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains. We'll begin at Interstate 79, and turn off onto Route 16 for the drive through Ivydale and on to Gauley Bridge at US 60.
I made this trip in June 2025.
