This video shows how to fully turn off ESP (traction control) AND torque management - for 2006-2010 Dodge vehicles (should work for Charger, Challenger, not sure about other models).
This frees up the rear tires more for things like easier to chirp the tires, burnouts and potentially very slight torque increase.
