Trangia to Pot Gap: With Trangia set on top of its cap the distance to the top of the stove is 1”. With the speed plate on top of the stove the distance is 1.25”
TESTS
• Esbit test – 19:38 to boil two cups water at 80F using original burn plate / 17:09 with speed plate on top of stove
• Wood test – using vertical stacked hardwood and top-down burn – 6:17 to boil two cups of water at 80F using speed plate placed on top. Flame out at 27:00 minutes
• Alcohol test – 8:33 to boil two cups of water at 80F using Trangia set on top of the cap and speed plate on top of stove.
