PAL had to cancel our flight twice and cost us a lot of money. Their reason was they couldn't check in my pet due to aircraft's cargo even though they had confirmed multiple times that the booking was final. Resulting to rebooking at a higher rate for my connecting flights and hotel and having to pay penalties. Sadly, we didn't get any compensation, refund, or even an apology for the inconvenience they caused.
