Dodge Caravan P0300 P0306 Random Misfire

We had this vehicle come in with a major misfire and rough idle. Engine codes P0300, P0306. The customer already replaced the spark plugs and new coil for cylinder 6.

We did some tests; compression test, spark, fuel...

Turns out the roller rocker arms have worn out and wore out the cams.

So the solution is one of 2 choices.... replace all the cams and roller rocker arms... but with the higher mileage and the metal shavings it's not the best choice.

ultimately a replacement engine would be best.
