Representing the forward edge of modern Tango music, Jacobsen’s roots are in classical Tango converging with the Tango Nuevo of Astor Piazzola. These compositions take another step forward with a measured blend with today’s Tango Electronico. Listeners, musicians and Tango dancers will appreciate the soul and virtuosity of these pieces.
