I don't know how long this took me due to the tediousness, but I reckon it's under 30 minutes.
This video was made on December 30th, 2019. It's scheduled to be published on December 31st, 2019.
You've seen those Undertale videos where they twerk with the soundtracks, right? That made me interested in making one of those videos and I thought Touhou would be a great idea. But to choose a song where there's Time Signature changes was a mistake.
I used HitFilm Express 2017 for video editing.
