During a surprise visit to a shelter home in Unit-6, the Mayor of Bhubaneswar expressed strong displeasure over the breakfast served to elderly residents. After inspecting the facilities, the Mayor directed the Commissioner to take immediate action and ensure better care and standards at the shelter center.
