This is my second go at writing music for these words (the first being back in 2011/12!)- the result is a combination of Bilbo's walking songs from The Fellowship of the Ring and the little segment of 'Upon the Hearth' that gets repeated at the end of The Return of the King. Music is my own, words are, of course, from J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.
It's nothing fancy, but I hope this can brighten your day a bit! One day, we'll be out and about again, taking "the hidden paths that run, West of the Moon, East of the Sun," but until then, I hope you are staying safe and well!
(Also, my ADHD brain is just the worst at replying to messages and comments, even as I constantly promise myself to do better, but please know, I see all of them and I am so, so unbelievably grateful for all your kindness and support, and that I am sending love and light back at each of you!)
