Ok, so I see a lot of people asking why Joseph looks so different between parts, it's because S1 of the anime is a mixture of David Pro's own style and Part 1 and 2's manga style.
S2 (Stardust Crusaders) follows the art of the Part 3 manga more closely, mainly the art around mid to late Part 3.
