We will be doing an 8 minute workout broken into two halves – a 4 min. Tabata workout and a 4 min. AMRAP workout. This is a jump rope workout to get in shape fast. This crossrope jump rope training for beginners or advanced jumpers will allow you to get your workout in fast and get on with your day. This is a great workout to get in shape fast. Feel free to add different skills if you are a more advanced jumper.
