In an act of great compassion, Muslim Lakhani, a Muslim of Pakistani origin made a major contribution, on Christmas day, to one of the largest Christian social service agencies in the world, the Salvation Army. Lakhani's gift helped to feed and house hundreds of homeless individuals and families in need living throughout the greater Washington, DC area.
In this video, Muslim Lakhani and Major Morris, the Director of the Salvation Army Washington office share the story of their friendship that resulted from this act of charity.
