The Army Ambulance Medical Team Transports soldiers from Battalion Aid Stations to Field Hospitals. If travel time is too long, they can set up Dressing Stations to provide emergency medical care, such as treating shock and gas injuries, arresting hemorrhages, and administering morphine.
The The Humvee Ambulance in the Army fleet, is built on a steel frame with boxed frame rails and five cross members. It can be transported by land, sea and air, and can accommodate up to four patients.
