Ingredients for Matilda cake:
Flour: 3 cups
Cocoa powder: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Oil: 1 cup
Milk: 1 and a half cups
Eggs: 3 pcs
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Baking soda: half a teaspoon
White vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Instant Nescafe: 1 packet (half a cup of brew)
Chocolate bars: 2 packets
Breakfast cream: 1 pc
Mix the milk with the vinegar and set aside.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, and baking soda until smooth.
Add the eggs, oil, and milk-vinegar mixture and mix until combined.
Then mix the instant Nescafe with half a cup of boiling water and add to the ingredients.
Preheat the oven for 20 minutes, pour into 2 molds and place in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Add 1 package of breakfast cream to 2 packages of chocolate bars and place over indirect heat until it becomes a bain-marie. Then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After you take the cake out of the oven, let it cool and then cut the top of the cake to make it flat and then divide the cakes into 2 layers.
