Pan, turn into straight in a bunch. Horses reach four furlong post. Horse No 9, Baron de Rothschild's Pont Lewis, takes up running closely followed by No 2, Court Command. Just behind them is No 5. No 14 comes into picture on the outside of leading horses. At two furlong post these four are roughly level. SV. Pan - horses No's 14, 5, 2, 9 and one other in bunch. No 14 (on outside) starts to make his move. As he starts to come away, No 2 (on the inside) comes with him. No 14 is mastering No 2. He passes the post, three quarters of a length in front. CU. 1st post. SV. Pan, winner, Cambremer, French entry, being led in. Jockey Fred Palmer dismounts. SV. Jockey walks away with saddle and a blanket slung over horse. LV. Palmer walking into weighing room. LV. & SCU. Winning horse, Cambremer.
