Cal: 642 | Net Carbs: 3.3g | Fiber: 0g | Total Carbs: 3.3g | Fat: 52g | Protein: 39g

Ingredients:
150g/ 3 Eggs
40g/ 1/3 cup Finely grated Parmesan
60g Cream Cheese
3g/ 1 tsp Gelatine
1 tsp Butter, melted
