Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a chronic condition of unknown etiology that commonly presents with pruritic, excoriated dome-shaped lesions on the extremities. PN is challenging to treat, often demonstrating resistance to topical therapies alone. Newer options include monoclonals, although these are often expensive and inaccessible for all patients. Thus, we report a triple therapy regimen of UVB phototherapy, cryotherapy, and intralesional steroids used to treat refractory prurigo nodularis.
