Seat belts aren’t one of the first things you think about when you start planning out a restoration. They are usually an afterthought and just thrown in at the end to keep the law or a spouse happy. When the restoration is finally done and it’s time to go for that first drive though, it should be one of the first things you think about before you put your car in gear.
